PUBLICITY COORDINATOR:
The Publicity Coordinator is tasked with auxiliary social media management and graphics production under the supervision of the Publicity Director. They must have expertise with Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Canva. Tasks include:
Producing and sharing content to STAIR’s social media platforms.
Engaging with STAIR’s social media audiences.
Attending biweekly meetings of the Publicity Team.
WEBMASTER:
The Webmaster is tasked with maintaining STAIR’s website and newsletter. They must also have expertise with Squarespace, and ideally, HTML/CSS. Specific tasks include:
Editing and designing STAIR’s website using Squarespace.
Producing content for STAIR’s mailing list using Mailchimp (e.g. newsletters).
Complying with the Non-Sports Club Constitution role of Webmaster.
Attending biweekly meetings of the Publicity Team.
Attending bimonthly meetings of the entire STAIR Team.
